(A) Two temporary signs advertising the garage sale with a maximum size of four square feet for each sign shall be allowed and the sign shall be located on the property where the sale is being conducted.
(B) It shall be unlawful for a person who is operating, participating in, or allowing the operation of a garage sale to allow, erect, or cause the placement of any off-premise advertising signs including, but not limited to, signs placed on other private property, signs placed within the public right-of-way, or attached to utility poles, traffic signals or public street sign posts such as stop signs or speed limit signs.
(C) Garage sale signs must be removed by 8:00 a.m. the day following the last day of the garage sale.
