Each garage sale permit issued shall bear the street address of the residence or self-storage facility where the sale is located, together with the date(s) and hours when the garage sale will be conducted. A person conducting a garage sale must keep a valid garage sale permit on the premises and present said permit for inspection upon request of any city official.
