No pier, dock, or boathouse will be permitted to be built on the lake that adversely impacts the water quality, or the general use and activities on Lake Pat Cleburne. As such, due care and diligence shall be exercised by the City Council of the City of Cleburne in considering requested permits for any pier, dock, or boathouse in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
