Any net, seine, snag line, trap, float, trotline of metal or any trotline left unattended for 30 or more days, or any other device found in the waters of Lake Pat Cleburne, in violation of this subchapter, is declared to be a nuisance, and it shall be the duty of any police officer to destroy the same whenever found, and no suit shall be maintained against him therefor.
