(A) It shall be unlawful, in Lake Pat Cleburne, for any person to catch, take, or attempt to catch or take any fish, or possess any fish taken by any method, means or device, except by ordinary pole and line, rod and reel, fly rod, throw line equipped with no more than 50 hooks. The use of trotlines is limited to one trotline per person and no metallic trotlines shall be used. All trotlines shall have valid bear tags attached within three feet of the first hook at each end of the trotline. No two trotlines, or more, shall be connected together in any manner and no trotlines shall be within 200 feet of any boat, dock or pier, bathing pier, or any place commonly used as a swimming or ski area. It shall be unlawful for any person to fish for, take, catch or attempt to catch any fish in the waters of Lake Pat Cleburne, by any net, seine, snag line, trap, or any other device not herein authorized by this section within 200 yards of the lake shall be prima facie evidence of violation of this section.
(B) Notwithstanding the above provisions, rough fish may be taken with cast net or legal minnow seine, or with seines and nets the meshes of which are not less than one inch square, or with wire, rope or gig, but no person shall possess other fish when using much devices.
