§ 98.105 REMOVAL OF BOATS FROM LAKE.
   (A)   The City Manager and any police officer may require the removal of any boat or other craft from Lake Pat Cleburne if:
      (1)   Such boat or other craft is in an unsafe operating condition.
      (2)   Such boat or other craft is in violation of any of the applicable provisions of this subchapter
   (B)   Any person refusing to, remove any boat or other craft under the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
