(A) No person shall place, operate, or keep any craft commonly referred to as a house boat, air boat, raft or barge on Lake Pat Cleburne; provided, however, that the City Manager may grant, for a period not to exceed 30 days, permission to use a raft or barge on the lake for construction, dredging and other like purposes, and nothing contained in this section shall prohibit the city and its authorized representatives from using rafts and barges for the operation and maintenance of the lake.
(B) No boat shall be operated on Lake Pat Cleburne that exceeds the centerline length-power ratio listed below:
