§ 98.067 ORDERING PERSONS ASHORE DUE TO WEATHER.
   When, in the opinion of the City Manager or his authorized representative, severe weather is forecast or when weather conditions on the lake are such as to render boating, fishing, swimming and other activities hazardous, he shall have the authority to order all persons and all boats and other craft ashore, under such terms and conditions as, in the sole judgment of the City Manager or his representative, are deemed necessary for the protection of life, limb and property. Any person failing to obey such instructions under such circumstances shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
