§ 98.065 SKIING, SURFBOARDING AND THE LIKE.
   The activities of skiing, surfboarding and other comparable water sports on the lake shall be governed as follows:
   (A)   All persons directly engaged in such activities shall wear life preservers at all times.
   (B)   Boats towing persons engaged in such activities shall go no nearer than 200 feet of docks, swimming areas or fishermen.
   (C)   Such activities shall not be engaged in from the period of one hour after sunset to one hour prior to sunrise, nor shall any person operate a boat for the purpose of towing persons engaged in such activities from the period of one hour after sunset to one hour prior to sunrise; provided, that this provision shall not apply to boats, craft and individuals participating in duly authorized ski tournaments, competitions, exhibitions or trials therefor, where adequate lighting is provided.
   (D)   Any boat or other craft towing persons engaged in such activities must be occupied by at least two people, one to observe the persons engaged in such activity and the other to operate the boat or other craft.
   (E)   No tow boat or person engaged in any such activity shall approach closer than 150 feet to any other boat or craft when proceeding at speed.
   (F)   Such activities shall not be engaged in north of Country Club Road.
   (G)   No boat or other craft shall follow closer than 200 feet behind a person engaged in any such activity.
