§ 98.057 STRUCTURES PROHIBITED IN RESERVOIR AREA; EXCEPTIONS.
   No duck blinds, ski jumps, or other structures of whatever nature shall be constructed or placed in the Lake Pat Cleburne reservoir area; provided, however, that this section shall not preclude the construction of piers and boathouses in the manner provided in this subchapter.

§ 98.058 SEWAGE SYSTEM FOR DWELLINGS WITHIN 1,300 FEET OF SERVICE SPILLWAY LEVEL.
   All habitations located within 1,300 feet of the service spillway level (elevation 733.5 feet above mean sea level) in Lake Pat Cleburne shall be connected to a municipal sanitary sewer system, or shall be connected to an approved septic tank, the minimum requirements for which shall be as follows:
   (A)   Tank prefabricated, 500 gallons.
   (B)   Lateral lines, vitrified clay, shall be 250 feet or more in length, shall be equipped with a distribution box, and shall be installed in a manner approved by the City Engineer.
   (C)   Inspection shall be made by a City Engineering Department representative before the tank and lines are covered.
   (D)   The lowest point in the lateral system shall be at least 737.5 feet above mean sea level in elevation.
   (E)   No part of such system shall be less than 150 feet (measured horizontally) from the spillway level.
   (F)   Installations serving more than one dwelling unit, or any type of commercial installation, shall be installed in a manner approved by the City Engineer.

§ 98.059 WASTE FROM INDUSTRIES, SLAUGHTERHOUSES AND THE LIKE WITHIN WATERSHED.
   If industries are contemplated to be established within the Lake Pat Cleburne watershed, approval of the proposed project by the Texas State Department of Public Health and the Health Department of the city concerning the treatment of wastes is deemed necessary to prevent undesirable conditions from occurring. No slaughterhouses, markets, or meat shops where hogs, beeves, or other animals or fowls are slaughtered shall be located where any refuse; discharge or contents thereof of any nature whatsoever shall be discharged into the lake or its watershed.
