§ 98.051 BUOYS, FLOATS AND MARKERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to install, keep, use or maintain any buoy, float or marker in the waters of Lake Pat Cleburne made of metal, glass or wood; except that it shall be lawful for the city to install, keep, use or maintain buoys, floats and markers made of metal, glass or wood upon the waters of the lake, for the purpose of marking areas restricted for reasons of safety and for sanitation.
