(A) To avoid damage to the park facilities and to alleviate danger to the people within the parks, designated parking areas shall be established.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, operate or park any motor vehicle in a park other than roadways and designated parking areas and in areas of a public park that are so posted or separated in such a manner so as to indicate that vehicles are not allowed.
(C) Each park shall have a designated parking area clearly defined by posts, signs, fences, or other means and all vehicles parking in city parks shall park only in these designated areas.
(D) The Community Services Director shall have the authority to waive parking restrictions in all city parks for such special activities as may be deemed appropriate.
