§ 98.002 HOURS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC; CURFEW; RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   There shall be a curfew in all parks located within the corporate limits of the city, in which park and recreation areas shall be open to the public. The parks shall be open to the public daily between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to enter any portion of a city park or recreation area which is designated as restricted or closed or to enter any area during the hours of the day when such area is not open to the public or to enter at any time when the area is closed for the season or to use the facilities in a wasteful or damaging manner.
   (C)   The City Manager or duly appointed designee shall have the authority to waive curfew restrictions in all city parks for such special activities as may be deemed appropriate.
