§ 97.20 QUORUM; RULES OF PARLIAMENTARY LAW TO BE ENFORCED.
   Six members of the Library Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and the general rules of parliamentary law shall be enforced in all proceedings of the Board.
