(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, association, or entity to violate any provision of this chapter. Any person who violates a provision of this chapter commits an offense considered a Class C misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500. Each day that a violation of this chapter is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) There shall be no requirement of a culpable mental state for an offense under this chapter.
