(A) Mausoleums, columbariums, and family lots, either partially or entirely above ground, are prohibited except as provided for in § 92.30. Lots for mausoleums, columbariums, and family lots will be 25 feet by 25 feet.
(B) A permanent type container such as a concrete liner or burial vault is required for all interments where the casket is 36 inches in length or larger.
(C) A maximum of two caskets may be allowed in any one space in areas designated for double-stacked interments. In the event that cremation is utilized, a maximum of four interments will be permitted in one burial space.
