§ 90.071 GRANT OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   There shall never be granted to any person the exclusive right for the use of any landing area or air navigation facility or the exercise at the airport of any privilege to carry on any business, trade or profession for or in connection with the sale of furnishing of services, goods, wares or merchandise to or for aircraft, or the operation or navigation thereof, other than the furnishing of aircraft gasoline and other petroleum products used in airplanes, which may be granted as an exclusive right.
