§ 90.021 RESTRICTIONS ON RUNNING UP OR CHECKING AIRCRAFT ENGINES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to run up or check any aircraft engine at any place without having adequate brakes fully set or without having the wheels set with blocks equipped with ropes or other suitable means for removing the blocks.
