§ 154.023 PRELIMINARY PLATS — DATA REQUIREMENTS.
   The subdivider or developer shall file copies of the preliminary plat as set forth in the development review checklist and such plat shall be accompanied by or show the following information:
   (A)   An accurate boundary survey, prepared by a surveyor, of the property with bearings and distances referenced to survey lines and established subdivisions, at a scale of one inch to not more than 200 feet.
   (B)   The same location and current zoning of a portion of adjoining final plats and valid preliminary plats shall be drawn to the same scale and shown in dotted lines adjacent to the tract proposed for subdivision in sufficient detail to show the actual existing streets and alleys and other features that may influence the layout and development of the proposed subdivision. These items shall be shown on the adjacent property for a minimum of 200 feet. A reference shall be cited on the plat to the record instrument which defines the location of adjoining boundaries.
   (C)   Street rights-of-way shall be shown so that a street can be designed to conform with §§ 154.040 et seq. and 154.080 et seq.
   (D)   The location and widths of all streets, alleys and easements proposed for the subdivision, and all known rights-of-way and/or easements within or affecting the area to be subdivided. Also show approximate gradient of streets.
   (E)   The subdivision shall show all proposed streets and alleys, easements, and blocks. Also show approximate location of lots, building lines, parks, and the like.
   (F)   Topographic contours at one-foot intervals, except on terrain with more than 2% grade in which event contours at two-foot intervals are permitted. All elevations shall be based on the USGS datum. All easements or rights-of-way necessary for stormwater within or outside the boundaries of the addition shall be based upon a preliminary drainage study in accordance with §§ 154.120 et seq. The source of contour information will be placed on the plat.
   (G)   The name under which the proposed subdivision is to be recorded. Subdivision names shall not be duplicative of the name of any recorded subdivision.
   (H)   The name of the individual who prepared the plat.
   (I)   Sites, if any, proposed to be reserved or dedicated for parks, schools, playgrounds or other public uses.
   (J)   Scale, north point, date, and general location sketch map.
   (K)   Property owner's name, address and telephone number.
   (L)   A designation of the existing zoning of land within the subdivision and any zoning conflicts with proposed uses noted.
   (M)   Location of city limits line, the outer border of the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction and zoning district boundaries if they traverse the subdivision, from part of the boundary of the subdivision, or are contiguous to such boundary.
   (N)   If the proposed subdivision is a portion of a tract which is later to be subdivided in its entirety, then a preliminary plat of the entire tract shall be submitted.
