§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Regulate auction sales. Any person convicted of a violation of § 113.01 or any provision thereof, shall be punished by a fine in any amount not exceeding $200 and not less than $10.

   (C)   Regulating sale and purchase of second-hand goods. Any person who shall violate any provision of § 113.02 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any amount not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense.

   (D)   Regulating certain kind of merchandise auctions. Any person or corporation violating the provisions of this section shall upon conviction be fined not more than $300 and may be imprisoned for not more than 90 days or both for each violation or offense. Upon conviction of the licensee or an agent thereof any license granted hereunder shall be revoked.
