§ 113.18 FORM OF APPLICATION.
   (A)   Every application for a license hereunder shall be under oath and include the following:
      (1)   The name, residence, business address and age of the applicant together with an account of the applicant’s occupation for the 5 years preceding the application;
      (2)   The name, residence, business address and age of any person who will participate in conducting the proposed auction sale together with an account of the occupation of the person or persons for the 5 years preceding the application;
      (3)   A complete inventory of the merchandise to be sold at the proposed auction, assigning a number to each item describing it specifically and giving as to each at least the following information: name of manufacturer, approximate date of manufacture, model name and number and whether the merchandise is new or used;
      (4)   An oath to observe the laws of this state as well as the provisions of this subchapter;
      (5)   The address, hours and dates of the proposed sale, only 1 place of auction being permitted;
      (6)   The proposed terms of all sales; and
      (7)   A statement whether or not any auction license issued to the applicant has been denied or revoked.
   (B)   All applications together with accompanying documents shall be retained by the Town Clerk-Treasurer and shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours.
