§ 113.17 APPLICATION FOR MERCHANDISE AUCTION LICENSE.

A license to conduct a merchandise auction within the scope of this subchapter shall be secured upon application filed at least 30 days prior to the proposed auction sale in conformity with this subchapter with the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
