(A) All sales of merchandise by auction within the scope of this subchapter are forbidden unless a license issued pursuant to this subchapter has been obtained and is in effect.
(B) No sales whether licensed or not shall be held, be or remain open for business on any day after the hour of 6:00 in the evening and before the hour of 8:00 in the morning. No sales shall be held, be or remain open for business on Sunday or legal holidays.
(C) No sales shall be held, or be or remain open for business for a period of more than 5 consecutive days exclusive of Sundays and legal holidays, nor shall a license be granted for greater duration.
