§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 112.04 shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than $200 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by both the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.

   (D)   (1)   Any violation of §§ 112.22 through 112.27 by a minor, is punishable upon conviction by a fine of not less than $100, no part of which shall be suspended, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 6 months, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
      (2)   Except as set out in division (D)(1) above, any violation of §§ 112.20 through 112.29 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $250 or by confinement in jail of not more than 90 days or by both the fine and imprisonment.

   (E)   (1)   Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of any of §§ 112.50 through 112.55 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days.
      (2)   Any person found guilty of violating § 112.56 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $25.
      (3)   Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 112.57 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100.
