(A) It shall be unlawful to drink or consume alcoholic liquors, or for any person who is the owner or proprietor to sell, give, serve, furnish or permit the drinking or consumption of alcoholic liquors in any public dance hall, pool room, bowling alley, street, alley, state, federal or town building, or in any other public place, except establishments having a license to dispense alcoholic liquors. For the purposes of this section, spaces reserved for dancing and tables in connection with a liquor dispensing unit is a part of the licensed establishment.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, who is not the owner of a valid license issued by the State of New Mexico authorizing the person to sell alcoholic liquor, to sell or have in his or her possession with the intent to sell any alcoholic liquor.
(C) Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to the provisions of § 112.99.
