§ 112.27 DELIVERY OF IDENTITY CARD TO MINOR FOR USE IN OBTAINING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

Any person who gives, loans, sells or delivers an identity card to a minor with the knowledge that the minor intends to use the identity card for the purpose of procuring or attempting to procure any alcoholic beverages is guilty of a misdemeanor.
