§ 99.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 99.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $300 or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.

   (C)   (1)   Any violation of the provisions of division (A) of § 99.02 shall be punishable by fine not to exceed $50, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or by the fine and imprisonment.
      (2)   Each day’s violation of division (A) of § 99.02 shall be considered a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 99.20 through 99.29 shall, upon conviction thereof before the Municipal Judge, be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both the fine and imprisonment.

   (E)   (1)   It is the duty of any person who is the owner or keeper of any dog, or other animal, the keeping of which is unlawful, to cause the animal to be killed. Failure to comply with §§ 99.45 through 99.51, after knowledge by the owner or keeper of the fact which renders the keeping unlawful, shall subject the owner or keeper to a fine of $10 and costs, and each day’s failure to comply is a separate offense.
      (2)   It is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor for any person who is the owner or keeper of a dog to fail to have the same licensed and vaccinated, as herein provided, and it is further declared to be a misdemeanor for any physician to fail to report a person bitten by an animal, as provided hereunder, and upon conviction thereof, the person shall be fined in the sum of $10, and each day’s failure to comply shall constitute a separate offense.

   (F)   Any person found to be in violation of § 99.47 may be fined up to $300 or imprisoned up to 90 days or both.
