§ 150.044 ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES AGAINST OWNER.

(A) If the owner of a building or structure fails to comply with an order issued pursuant to § 150.042(C) from which no appeal has been taken, or fails to comply with an order of the Town Council following an appeal, he shall be guilty of a mis- demeanor and shall be punished in the discretion of the court.

(B) (Effective October 1, 1994). If the owner of a building or structure fails to comply with an order issued pursuant to § 150.042(C) from which no appeal has been taken, or fails to comply with an order of the Town Council following an appeal, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
