(A)
It shall be unlawful for any person to make, or cause to be made, any interment, inside the corporate limits except in the cemeteries of the town, existing private cemeteries, cemeteries licensed by the State Burial Association Commission or in church cemeteries.
(B) (1) In the event a grave-side service is scheduled earlier than 12:00 noon on a particular day, then with at least 24 hours advance notice by the funeral director to the Cemetery Official, the grave may be opened on the day preceding the scheduled interment.
(2) In the event a grave-side service is scheduled at or later than 12:00 noon on a particular day, then in accordance with the process described in division (B)(1), above, the grave may be opened on the same day as the scheduled interment, but not a day in advance.
(C) No grave openings shall occur on any Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
