The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning.
DAYTIME. Seven o’clock a.m. until 10:00 p.m., local time.
EMERGENCY WORK. Any work or actions that must be undertaken immediately or within a time frame too short to allow full compliance with this chapter, to avoid an immediate threat to public health, public safety, or serious environmental degradation.
NIGHTTIME. Ten o’clock p.m. until 7:00 a.m., local time.
