§ 131.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who performs an act prohibited by § 131.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 and cost of prosecution, or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by both, the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.

   (C)   Any person who performs an act prohibited by § 131.02 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 and cost of prosecution, or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by both, the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.

   (D)   Any person who performs an act prohibited by § 131.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 and cost of prosecution, or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by both, the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.

   (E)   A person who performs an act prohibited by § 131.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $500, or both.

   (F)   A person who violates any of the provisions of § 131.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500, or both, regardless of the value of the property.

   (G)   A person who violates or shall fail to comply with § 131.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and may be fined up to $500 and/or receive up to 93 days in jail or both.
