§ 131.06  INSUFFICIENT FUNDS/BAD CHECKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to write and deliver a check for which he or she has a reasonable belief that he or she does not have sufficient funds in the account against which the check is drawn, in order to cover the payment of the check, at the time the check is written.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause another to write and deliver a check against an account which he or she has a reasonable belief does not have sufficient funds in the account against which the check is drawn, in order to cover the payment of the check, at the time the check is written.
   (C)   This section shall take effect 30 days after publication.
