§ 131.04  TRESPASSING OR UNLAWFUL ENTRY.
   (A)   The intent of this section is to prohibit the trespass or unlawful entry upon the land or premises of another and to prescribe the penalty for a violation thereof. 
   (B)   A person shall not do any of the following:
      (1)   Willfully enter upon the lands or premises of another without lawful authority to do so, after having been forbidden to do so by the owner of occupant; or
      (2)   Neglect or refuse without lawful authority to depart from the lands or premises of another, upon being notified to therefrom by the owner or occupant or by the agent, servant, tenant, security guard, or other representative of the owner or occupant.
