A. Significant Changes: The following significant changes in an existing, licensed business require a business to apply for a new business license application:
1. Change in physical location of the business;
2. Change in more than fifty percent (50%) ownership of the business;
3. Change in primary business activity; or
4. Change in business name.
B. For an application associated with significant change, the City Manager shall prorate the associated fee for the resulting business license described under City Code § 3-1-8 for the reminder of the year.
C. A business must notify the City within thirty (30) days of changes to any other application information described in City Code § 3-1-4, but providing this information will not require a new business license or fee unless the changes are specifically identified in subsection (A) above.
