(A) Moneys may be expended from this fund upon filing a proper claim in issuance of a warrant by the Clerk-Treasurer after appropriation by the Town Council.
(B) The Clarksville Police Department may use funds in this non-reverting fund that are derived from fees collected for the copying of a law enforcement recording only to purchase cameras and other equipment for use in connection with the law enforcement recording program, for training concerning law enforcement recording, or to defray the expenses of storing, producing, and copying law enforcement readings.
(C) The Clarksville Police Department may use the remaining funds from this non-reverting fund for reasonable and necessary Police Department expenditures for training, safety equipment and safety related purposes as allowed by law.
(D) The Clarksville Town Council is hereby required to use the non-reverting fund to the extent and manner provided by law.
(E) The authorization for the above non-reverting fund shall expire when a subsequent ordinance so provides, and funds in the account shall then be transferred to the town’s General Fund.

NON-REVERTING FUND - STATE ROAD 131
(A) There is created a fund entitled the "Nonreverting Highway 131 Construction/ Maintenance Fund."
(B) The monies in the amount of $2,200,000 received from the State of Indiana under the agreement regarding the transfer of responsibility for the roadway which has been known as State Road 131 shall be deposited into the Nonreverting Highway 131 Construction/Maintenance Fund .

(A) The monies referred to in § 36.215(B) shall be disbursed from the fund without the necessity of obtaining an appropriation through a proceeding before the Department of Local Government Finance.
(B) Moneys may be expended from the fund only upon the filing of a proper claim which follows the claim procedures required by the statutes of the State of Indiana and town ordinances.
