§ 114.32 REFUSAL TO ISSUE; REVOCATION.
   No taxicab driver's license shall be issued to any unfit applicant or to an applicant whose application shows that he or she has been convicted three times for the violation of any traffic law of the town or the State of Indiana within the two years prior to the date of the application. Any taxicab diver's license shall be revoked upon a showing that the license was obtained by a false statement contained in the application for the license.
