Any person who violates this chapter by causing operation of a taxicab contrary to the provisions herein shall be fined an amount not to exceed $2,500. In addition, the Council may suspend or revoke the license of any business or individual who violates the provision herein. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
