Unless otherwise clearly indicated by its context, the words and terms defined in this section shall have the specified meanings for purposes of this chapter.
BUILDING COMMISSIONER. Department Head of the Clarksville Building Department as appointed in accordance with § 31.11 of the Clarksville Municipal Code.
ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY. The enforcement authority designated to enforce the provisions of this chapter shall be the Building Commissioner or the Building Commissioner’s designee.
HEARING AUTHORITY. The Clarksville Building Commission.
MAINTENANCE PERSON. A person who is employed on a permanent basis to keep the premises of a business establishment in good repair.
