§ 90.37 EXEMPT FROM LIABILITY.

The following are not liable for loss or damage to a vehicle or parts occurring during the removal, storage or disposition of a vehicle or parts pursuant to this subchapter:

(A) A person who owns, leases, or occupies property from which an abandoned vehicle or parts are removed;

(B) A public agency;

(D) An automobile scrapyard; or

(E) A storage yard.
