§ 90.35 ESTABLISHMENT OF PROCEDURES AND ABANDONED VEHICLE FUND.
   The Town Council hereby establishes certain procedures to carry out this subchapter, including the following:
   (A)   The charges allowed for towing (removal) and storage of abandoned vehicles shall not exceed $35 for towing (removal) and $5 per day for storage of a vehicle or parts, and said charges shall be filed with the state Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
   (B)   The means of disposition of vehicles shall be pursuant to § 90.30.
   (C)   The Town Council directs that an Abandoned Vehicle Fund be established for the purposes of this subchapter.
