§ 90.18 FAILURE OF OWNER OR LIEN HOLDER TO APPEAR, DECLARING VEHICLE ABANDONED.
   If a person who owns or holds a lien under § 90.16 does not appear and pay all costs, the Bureau shall declare the vehicle abandoned and provide for disposal under this subchapter.
