§ 90.15 INABILITY TO DETERMINE OWNERSHIP; DECLARING VEHICLE ABANDONED.
   If the person who owns a vehicle cannot be determined by a search under § 90.28, the Bureau shall declare the vehicle abandoned and provide for the disposal under this subchapter.
