§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Handicapped parking. A violation of § 71.05 shall be subject to a fine of up to $2,500.

   (B)   Resident-only parking. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate § 71.06. Any such violation shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500.

   (C)   Emergency lanes. A violation of § 71.19 shall be subject to a fine of up to $2,500.

   (D)   Parking and traffic regulations. Any person(s), firm, or corporation who violates the parking and traffic regulations established by § 71.16 or as a part of the traffic plan of any shopping center that has entered into an agreement with the town, is guilty of a violation of § 71.16 and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $2,500.

   (E)   Parking or Standing Vehicles in Designated School Bus Loading/Unloading Zones. Whoever violates § 71.07 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500.

   (F)   Front-yard parking. Any person(s), firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of § 71.08 may be fined in an amount not to exceed $2,500 for each occurrence. Additionally, police officers, reserve officers, the Building Commissioner and deputy building commissioners are authorized to have any vehicle which is parked in violation of § 71.08 towed to an impound lot. The vehicle’s owner shall be responsible for the cost of towing and storing of said vehicle.

   (G)   Violations of § 71.09 shall be subject to a fine of up to $2,500.
