It is the owner and/or its representative's responsibility to obtain all required approvals, permits, and easements. Town acceptance requirements: The following submittals must be given to the Wastewater Department prior to town acceptance of the constructed improvements:
(A) A set of record as-built drawings showing information including, but not limited to, the building lateral locations, pipe inverts, pipe slopes, horizontal locations, and manhole locations. One set of plans shall be printed on full sized construction sheets and stamped by an Indiana licensed P.E. Two electronic sets shall be submitted; one as a pdf and one in a shape file utilizing NAD 1983 State Plane Indiana East FIPS 1301 Feet coordinate system.
(B) Air, mandrel and vacuum test results.
(C) CCTV inspection on a flash drive.
(D) Copies of other submittals as requested during the town or state permitting process.
