Any person, contractor, firm, corporation, or entity that violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to fines or penalties of up to $2,500 for a first violation, and up to $7,500 for a second or subsequent violation(s) of this chapter. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. All actions for violations of this chapter shall be enforced in the Town Court to the extent of its jurisdiction, and in the Circuit Courts to the extent exceeding such jurisdiction.
