The Clarksburg LRA shall submit an annual audit of income and expenditures, together with a report of its activities for the preceding municipal fiscal year to the West Virginia Housing Development Fund within one hundred twenty days after the end of the fiscal year. A copy of the report shall be submitted to the City Council and any political subdivision with which the Clarksburg LRA has an intergovernmental agreement.
