(a) The Board shall keep minutes and a record of its proceedings.
(b) The Clarksburg LRA is subject to chapter 6, article 9A of the Code of West Virginia, relating to open meetings.
(c) The Clarksburg LRA is subject to chapter 29B of the Code of West Virginia, relating to access to public records.
(d) The Clarksburg LRA Board and employees are subject to Chapter 6B of the Code of West Virginia, relating to ethics and conflicts of interest. The Clarksburg LRA Board may adopt additional requirements with respect to disclosures and conflicts of interests.
