All meetings, including regular and special meetings, conference sessions, pre-conference sessions, and work sessions, held by Council or Council's advisory boards or committees created pursuant to Article 115 shall be in Council chambers and if possible, live streamed through the City's social media outlets, with the exception of executive sessions held pursuant to West Virginia State Code §6-9A-4.
