The Board of the Clarksburg Visitors' Bureau, Inc. shall have and may exercise all of the powers granted to the board of directors of a nonprofit corporation pursuant to the West Virginia Nonprofit Corporation Act. The following are hereby appointed as directors of the initial Board of the Clarksburg Visitors' Bureau, Inc.:

Cheryl Fain Mehaulic
Mike Spatafore
Josh Steer
Marsha Viglianco
Andrew Walker
Chad Weaver
Shannon Welch
Such directors shall serve for a term consistent with the West Virginia Nonprofit Corporation Act. The City may remove a director at anytime with or without cause.
