To effectuate the creation of the Clarksburg Visitors' Bureau, Inc. the City Manager shall create and execute Articles of Incorporation, identifying the City as incorporator. Such Articles of Incorporation shall be consistent with the establishment herein. The City Manager, in connection with the Clarksburg Visitors' Bureau, Inc.'s board of directors may also execute Amended Articles of Incorporation from time-to-time as approved by the City Council.
